Tai Chi For Health of Your Mind and Body: Beginners
Beginners learn Tai Chi Yang 8 Step, a form of mind and body exercise that helps students benefit in balance, stress relief and mental focus. Beginners must commit to 4 consecutive sessions of the 11-session curriculum.

Tai Chi For Health of Your Mind and Body: Advanced
Advanced students will learn both the 24 and Fan Form. Members attending this session must have completed the Beginners class. Benefits include improvements in balance, stress relief, and mental focus. Previous students do not need to register / new students must register at www.woodlandstaichi.com.
